ok well the day before yesterday i bleached my hair and its close to white but the stylist told me not to straiten my hair until the hair pores close because if i do it will just fall off and it was already falling off a bit but how can i make my pores close faster... will cold water help?

You can't fix the damage permanently - the best thing to do is to slather on a load of conditioner and leave it in overnight. Tomorrow, rinse it off, then leave your hair unwashed for as long as possible to give the natural oils a chance to do their job. The only thing that will fix your hair permanently though is a haircut. And don't even think about straightening it!
