Carrot cream for damaged hair?

I am a white female with extremely damaged hair. A few months ago I read in a magazine that carrot cream conditioner will help my hair out....today I bought Carrot Creme by Hollywood beauty...does it really work? Shoud I use it every day? How long should I keep it in my hair?

NOOOO.....only use carrot cream once a moth....tomato juice works best and is much cheaper

yeah same boat white female with exteme damage but not no more I shaved my head today in face.. went insane with the damage and I had bald spots.. but I did try carrot oil cream and worked good.. and good for styling also.. I suggest weekly.. or whenever need little touch up for styling.. oh and Redkin hair smooth.. butter treatment worked great! little spendy but worked great.. my hair was soft after the first time! anyways.. also get a shampoo/conditoner.. don't wash hair too often for the dryness.. stay away from heat if possible.. and chemicals.. and hot oil treatments are good also.. I have been there.. so there are some extra tips too..
