How can I get pinkish stains out of my puppies hair?

I have a new shih tzu and she has a lot of white on her face. The hair around her eyes and mouth gets stained pinkish from her eyes watering and from water around her mouth. I give her baths with baby shampoo and the stains do not fade at all. Does anyone know anything that is good for taking these type of stains out ?
