What you can do is use a deep conditioning mask or a hot oil treatment.

It doesnt help with spilt ends. the best thing for spilt ends is a trim. Eggs do restore some protein to your hair although you might want to consider oils, and consitioners opposed to eggs.

Put conditioner in your hair dry about an hour before you go shower, then rinse it out before you shampoo. It'll make it shiny too.

The only thing that'll fix split ends is a trim.

get a hair cut and ask the hairdresser to cut off all your split ends with scissors, NOT a razor!
