What's the quickest, cheapest, easiest way to lighten hair at home?

I'm trying to get my hair to a color as close to white as possible. My hair naturally a medium-dark brown, and I have bleached it to a golden blonde and want it to go way lighter. I've already tried using Manic Panic "virgin snow" toner to get rid of the yellow, but it didn't work very well. Any methods on how to lighten my hair quickly at home?

If you're hair is dark, you're going to have a hard time getting it white. Like, major hard. Try a bleach for hair. (And keep trying, several times. And leave the formula on for longer than the directions say). Check out the hair care isle at Wal-Mart or Target, better yet, go to your locla beauty supply store. (Like Beautyco or Sally Beauty Supply). I wish you the best of luck, cause this is quite the challenge! If you must re-apply the bleach, do it a few days apart, or else you will fry your hair and it will look horrible. USE LOTS OF CONDITIONER WHEN WASHING!!!!

Maybe spritzing lemon juice and sitting out in the sun? I think the best way is to have a beautician do it they have all the good stuff in those shops!

I am not sure if it will take your hair all the way to white, but you can try Sun-In. I know it is at Walmart for sure. Just completely cover your hair with it and spend the next two days in the sun, reapplying as much as possible. Don't wash your hair for those two days--your hair will be almost white be the end of the two days, as long as you spend the full two days in the sun.

go to a beauty supply or somewhere that sells the stuff, some places require that you have a cosmetology license to buy it, just to let you know. use 40 volume solution and hair bleach powder. 40 volume is the strongest. keep bleaching it until you get the color, but it is VERY important that you do the bleachings a few days apart, and deep condition your hair between bleachings. you gotta do it this way if you dont want fried hair that breaks and falls off your head, believe me, I know and learned the hard way! i'm giving this advice because I dont want anyone to have to go through what my hair went through, it sucks! this was the first time that I tried on my own, my cosmetologist mom usually does my color and told me AFTER I fried my hair that you need to do it this way.

Just go to a beauty supply and ask an employee about it, they sure should help. But have in mind if you do it at home you might damage you hair in the "quickest, chepest, easiest way possible"
