it's a kitten about almost a month old and i found it on the street. I'd like to find out what species it is... Her hair is short and white and her right eye is green and left eye blue.
I've heard that white cats with blue eyes are moslty deaf...

Do you mean breed? Most likely a domestic short hair. I've had 2 white cats with blue eyes and they were not deaf. You really need to take the poor thing to a vet so it can get checked out for parasites and disease. If you can't afford it, find a cat rescue group to take it.
BTW..most kittens have blue eyes when they are very young so there is no guarantee they will stay blue.
