MY HEAD IS BLEDDING AND FLAKING but like.. its coming out in clumps.. that sounds nasty...HELP! I have school tomorrow! I can't go to school with white chunks in my hair!

Bleeding, inflammation, thick peeling and flaking of the scalp is called "folliculitis" - it's an inflammation of the hair follicules. You need to go see a doctor to treat it.
If the bleeding isn't too bad, put Neosporin on it and wear a hat to school tomorrow. If it is bad, call in sick for school and go to the doctor.
